All our jewellery carries a 10 year guarantee and come presented in a stylish, branded box.

All our ladies jewellery is handmade in our Surrey workshop by Simon Kemp, a third generation British Jeweller who has been making jewellery since 1990, whose most prestigious clients include the British Museum and the National Trust of Scotland.

This design can also be ordered in Sterling Silver alone or in solid 9, 14 or 18ct Gold. Please contact us to discuss your personal requirements.

Returns Policy

We gladly accept exchanges should you wish to swap your jewellery for another item within our extensive range. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your jewellery and dispatch the items back within 30 days.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your goods are damaged or faulty. All of our jewellery is made to order hence our policy of exchanging items as opposed to refunding.

Guarantee

We offer a 10-year guarantee if there is any fault with the jewellery providing it has been in normal usage.
