Orders will be charged at the listed price plus postage and packing, details of which can be obtained from the How to Order page. All items are sent insured and will need to be signed for on arrival.
Our aim is to dispatch each order within 21 working days after receiving payment in cleared funds. However, this cannot be guaranteed due to variations in stock levels and demand. Orders are only sent on working days, not on weekends or on UK public holidays. We have no control over the postal systems that we use and do not accept responsibility for their failings.
All UK orders will be sent by Special Delivery from Royal Mail. All overseas orders will be sent by International Recorded by Royal Mail. All orders will need to be signed for on arrival.
We accept credit cards and debit cards via Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by Personal Cheque or Postal order please contact us with your order details
Goods Returns Policy
If you receive your order arrives damaged or the wrong goods have been sent please notify us within 7 days after delivery and then follow our instructions for the returning the goods by registered post. We will endeavour to dispatch a replacement as soon as possible after receiving the returned goods or by making necissary repairs. Damaged goods will only be replaced if you have given notified us as above and followed our instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All of our products are hand finished. Descriptions of all our goods are for guidance only and there may be a small variation in colour, finish and dimensions.
All of our products come with a ten year guarantee in normal use. If you need to claim on your guarantee please contact us and then return the item to us using our Goods Returns Policy.
We never disclose customer information to third parties. We retain all information you provide for our administration purposes only. We will never use your personal details for marketing our web site unless you have ask to join our mailing list.
