We gladly accept exchanges should you wish to swap your jewellery for another item within our extensive range. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your jewellery and dispatch the items back within 30 days.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your goods are damaged or faulty. All of our jewellery is made to order hence our policy of exchanging items as opposed to refunding.
*** Delivery Info ***
Please be aware that since our jewellery is individually made by hand, delivery can take up to 28 days if the item is not in stock. If you need your jewellery urgently please email simon@simonkempjewellers.com
All of our jewellery is sent out by Special Delivery for insurance purposes, which protects our customers and ourselves. If the item is in stock it will be sent out quickly if not delivery can take up to 28 days if the item has to be handmade.
