Squirrel Pendant Eighteen Carat Gold On Silver

This charmimg design is unique to Simon Kemp. The original master was carved by Simon and his highly talented brother David . The joint signature can be seen on the back of the design.
The pendant is cast in solid sterling silver and then highly polished . Simon then adds a rich layer of 18ct Gold onto the whole piece. The final stage is to remove the gold from the walnut with a needle burr.This reveals the silver walnut which makes a lovely contrast with the gold of the red squirrel;he is clearly happy carrying off his lunch.
An 18″ chain is included with the pendant although different lengths are available.
