Solid 9 carat Gold cufflinks, representing Vercingetorix, one of Caesar's foes in the Gallic wars, circa 50 BC. This design is taken from an original ancient coin. All our jewellery is handmade in our Surrey workshop by Simon Kemp, a third generation British Jeweller who has been making jewellery since 1990, whose most prestigious Clients include the British Museum and the National Trust of Scotland. These Roman coin cufflinks are made in sterling silver. This interesting design is taken from an old Roman coin which was found in South West France. Simon Kemp carefully took a mould of the coin and cast it in solid sterling silver. We only use the higher grade triangular swivels for utmost quality. -
