A most unusual pair of Cufflinks. Simon has taken an ancient Viking coin, made a mould of it and then cast it in silver. These castings have been turned into a pair of Cufflinks, highly detailed and interesting. Both sides of the coin can be seen since the castings have been soldered on opposite sides. This is Simon's first ever carving. On the back of the pendant you can see '91,the year of the original carving. The charming Spaniel is inclining his head, looking for love! The design really does capture the essence of this lovely Dog. Cast in solid sterling silver 18ct Gold is added to draw out the contrast in the markings of the Spaniel.
